Contacting Cognition for Tech Support

Cognition Corporation provides Technical Support for its software products at no charge to any user of a license with a current maintenance contract. Technical Support requests include:

  • Installation and configuration of Cognition Cockpit and Cognition ECM software.
  • Update and transfer permanent and trial license keys.
  • Submit, track, and assist with problem reports and enhancement requests.
  • Basic user setup and site setup preferences.
  • General guidance for IT architecture and configuration to support Cognition software solutions.
