A template for performing a Process FMEA following ISO 14971 standards.

There is one small setup to run when you use this template in a project. Browse to Section 3.0 - Process Breakdown in the TOC (Table Of Contents) on the left side of the screen. Right click on Section 3.0 and click New Item, then New Group. Call the new group System.

Now the template is ready to use. When you view Section 3.0 you will see the table populated with the group called System you just added. You can add other items/processes here and change the name if needed by clicking in the text of the group name.

This template guides users through the typical steps of a Process FMEA. It includes a library reference for failure modes, causes, and mitigations. For more information about how to set the library locations see the Help, contact Cognition support, or take the training class.

A man wakes up still clothed

Postby tiffany01 » Jul 20th, '10, 14:41

Clean house
A man wakes up still clothed, and hung over as anything. He rolls out of bed to find the room spotless. He walks out into the living room to find everything clean and put in its place. Then he walks into the kitchen to find a HUGE breakfast, ready for him to eat. Next to his plate there is a note from his wife. The note says "Gone to the market early, ed hardy discount

ed hardy hatsI'll be back soon". His son walks in, and begins eating breakfast. Curious, the father asks the son "What happened last night? I can't remember a thing". The son replies "Well, you came in drunk as can be, and mom got mad at you. She proceeded to take of your shoes and shirt to get you ready for bed but you looked at her and said 'lady, get away, I'm married' so she put you to bed and cleaned the house. She was so happy, it was like you didn't come home drunk.
